Hi All,
Some rain storms with Tornados moving through Minnesota today, Sunday, July 27. Red Wing and Forest Lake hit the worst and some heavy rains in the metro area. More are coming until midnight – I turned on my weather warnings from Weather Channel app just in case.
Saturday the weather was beautiful not too humid and low 80’s F so not too hot for walking around Bachman’s on Lyndale Ave to check out the old cars on display. One of the older cars with a wooden steering wheel reminded me that my Great Great Grandpa Holt, my Dad’s side, used to do wooden body work repairs on the old cars that used to have a lot of their interior’s made out of wood. Running boards and doors sometimes too. Here are some pictures of that event:
My Bike ride this morning was fairly good weather too – overcast and little more humid at 71% and temp at 74 F. I made it 57 minutes total time for a little more than 5 miles 104 average heart rate and average speed 6 mph. Here’s some pictures after the storm clean up:
