Last weekend I traveled to see my favorite author, Nora Roberts in Boonsboro, Maryland. Here are some pictures from the neighborhoods around her husband’s bookstore in Boonsboro. The yards are beautifully maintained with flowering trees and bushes. A lovely place to spend time visiting historic landmarks with Civil War sites within a few miles, there’s many things to see and enjoy.
If you ever want to visit check out Turn The Page Bookstore where they share links to beautiful bed and breakfasts in the area. Hagerstown, MD has a great Hampton Inn Hagerstown, 1716 Dual Hwy, Hagerstown, MD 21740 – right off the highway and a short drive from Boonsboro – its a beautiful drive too. The staff is excellent at Hampton Inn too with beautiful rooms.
