Spring 2020 Blooms and Leaves – Signs of Hope

I hope this post finds all reading to be healthy and happy. Keep on believing in the hope of Spring. Here’s some pictures from apartment court yard. The smell is as beautiful as the blossoms.

Peony bush is making progress
I’m not sure of the name of the bush in the foreground but it is a favorite of bees 🐝 and the Peony seen behind is a favorite of the black 🐜
Mallard 🦆 duck is well hidden in the 🌹 pot. I’ll be planting Morning Glories and sunflowers and Carnations this year when the ground warms more and the frost is behind us.
Mallard 🦆 ducks swimming in the pond. Falls is running again under the walking bride in the background.
Blooming trees visible from my apartment window. Outdoor pool opens on Memorial Day
Blooming tree 🌳 by the parking lot just around the corner from my apartment.
View looking back from the parking lot – grass is turning green with the fountain ⛲️ outside my apartment window running and the blooming trees in the back ground.

Blooming tree 🌳 darker color to the right of my apartment in the courtyard
First Geranium Bloom this Spring – this is from a plant kept in my apartment

About Miss

Enjoy working with everything related to computers. I have wanted to work with computers as a tool for Health Care since I was in High School and now I'm living the dream. My first love has always been reading. I was a regular at the Spring Valley Library reading all things romance. "This Rough Magic" by Mary Stewart was the first story I became lost in. Now my favorite author is Nora Roberts with my second love J.D. Robb. This blog is to celebrate the great stories, authors and readers that make up romance and mystery in literature today.

  1. You have captured Springtime perfectly!🌸 I am in love with your mallards and blooming trees. It’s a shame the blossoms don’t last longer. Can’t wait until it’s cycling season and we get more pictures.

    • Thanks much, Sally. The trees smelled lovely too. As soon as the pollen dies down I’ll be out on the bike again. It’s standing by for some outside fun. The indoor bike has been working well too. Keep on believing in Springtime hope. Your friend, Miss

    • Thanks much, Linds. I enjoy sharing the beauty of Spring. The mallard 🦆 duck is still on the nest. Very well hidden in the flower pot a good investment to my terrace garden. I bought it in 2014 or so – it’s holding up well. I hope the birds are still still visiting in your garden too. Peace, Missxx
