Nashville Tennessee Trip August 6th to 10th, 2017

Hi All,
Last week I had an excellent trip to Nashville, Tennessee.
The weather was warm with only one down pour – it didn't impact my fun though since I spent most of my time at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center.
There's at least 1,400 guest rooms under one roof covering about 6.5 acres. There's a built in river and an Antrim that contains more than 10,000 plants. They have koi fish in the river that like to check out the visitors.
I enjoyed my walks through the Cascade garden and the Delta river watching the flat boat go by with guests on a tour of the indoor river.
If you get a chance to visit – its well worth the trip. Fine dining and entertainment in the form of music, light and water shows along with the chance to take the General Jackson Show boat on the Cumberland River. Its a beautiful way to vacation or attend a convention.
The WSM 650 am (app is available for iPhone for live music anywhere for free) radio show transmits live from the resort and there's shuttles to the Grand Ole Opry, a theater full of magic and designed to amplify the close harmonies of Country Music.
I hope you get the chance to visit and stay a few days. Be prepared for some walking and good old fashioned hospitality.
Happy Trails everyone and here's some pictures that highlight the beauty and fun available in Nashville, Tennessee.

      1. All going well here, thanks Miss. Just finished some scones and some banana scones, a bit of an experiment. Sunny here after rain.
